Success. We have your paperwork!

Thank you for confirming your Finance Company is investigating your claim. We will review your paperwork and update you accordingly.

Things you should know:

  • From the point in which their investigation began, we estimate that the banks could take up to 12 weeks to provide their decision - possibly longer. This is because of the recent deadline which we believe has placed a lot of pressure on the banks. We thank you for your patience during this time.
  • Once they have finished their investigation, their decision could be to make you an offer of compensation. There are different types of offers, so it is important that you upload a copy of any offer you receive directly so we may advise you accordingly.
  • You may also receive a rejection, for a range of different reasons.

It could take a few weeks for us to get in touch so we thank you for your patience.

Success! Please read carefully…

Please now wait for us to review the content of your offer. We will then advise you about what sort of offer you have been made and whether you could be due more compensation.

Things you should know:

  • If you have received an acceptance form, please don't sign it until you have heard from us confirming it's acceptable.
  • If there's no acceptance form you might receive payment automatically. In these circumstances, you are not bound to the offer, so we will still contact you telling you about the next steps.
  • Remember, our fee does NOT typically get deducted first - please ensure you keep enough of your compensation to pay our fee of 20%+VAT.
  • Whilst they may ask you to sign an acceptance form within a certain timeframe, please don't be alarmed by this - even if you accepted their offer 4 months later, they will agree to comply with the offer made.

It could take a few weeks for us to get in touch so we thank you for your patience.

Success! Please read carefully…

Once we have processed your documentation we will write to you with our invoice, which will be 20%+VAT of the compensation you have received.

We will send this to you via email and in the post. It could take a few weeks for us to get in touch so we thank you for your patience.

Document Received. Please read carefully…

We're sorry to hear your finance company has rejected your claim. From the date of their rejection, you typically will have 6 months to escalate your claim to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

But before you should consider taking any steps, we will review your documentation and understand more about the reasons why they rejected your claim. We will then write to you letting you know our views and what steps you can take.

It could take a few weeks for us to get in touch so we thank you for your patience.

Success! Please read carefully…

Sometimes finance companies will ask for extra information. This can be for Identification purposes or to understand more about your PPI claim itself.

Our advice is that, if you feel comfortable providing this information directly to them, please do so, ensuring you read their instructions very carefully.

We will write to you in any event once we have had an opportunity to review the paperwork you have received. It could take a few weeks for us to get in touch so we thank you for your patience.
